Meet the Flanagan Team
Trey Moran, Certified Builder & Owner
Trey Moran is a much sought after certified professional homebuilder and developer with a local business in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Specialized in creating classic designs and functional builds, Trey brings a blend of custom and spec homes to the south that are both fresh and timeless.
Finding his passion at an early age, Trey would spend every summer growing up working alongside his uncle, Craig Flanagan, who is a well-known and loved homebuilder in Hattiesburg, MS. Upon graduating high school, Trey then proceeded to earn a bachelor's degree in construction at The University of Southern Mississippi. From there, he worked as an estimator for a commercial company in Columbia, MS and soon realized that his true passion was in residential construction.
In 2007 Trey got his builders license and for the next 15 years he spent his time working as Craig’s superintendent and estimator, earning his way up to being the Vice President of Flanagan Construction. In 2018 Trey pursued his dreams of owning his own company. At this stage, Flanagan Builders was born. With over 35 years of experience and close to 600 homes built, Trey Moran offers a professional and genuine experience to his homeowners throughout the Pine Belt area and continues to create beautiful homes.
